Join us on November 18 from 5:30-7:00 pm MST to learn more about how a government agency’s evaluation of an offeror’s past performance can often be the difference between winning or losing a government contract.  Agencies have broad discretion in the evaluation process, so it is very important to understand how you as an offeror can cultivate and utilize positive past performance and defend past performance from attacks.  PilieroMazza’s Sam Finnerty teaches in this webinar recording, with Meagan Fackler, a NCMA Denver Board member, hosting and guiding discussion before and after this webinar for a more in-depth understanding of how the government evaluates offeror’s past performance.
