Cathedral Square, Cathedral Square, Brisbane City, QLD, 4000, Australia.

It's been a while since we've been able to pull together a 'Scaff' Day so we're looking forward to this one which is a part of our 'State-Gat' Initiative!
Hosted at Cathedral Square in the heart of the Brisbane CBD we'll be bringing in our built-for-purpose Scaffold equipment and boxes for 1 day only. This is a great opportunity to teach and for you to practice those movements which we don't always have the ability to do such as Laches, advanced rail work, decent wall-runs & arm-jumps and of course vaults over our vaulting boxes.
All are welcome, however due to Covid-19 still being around we'll be limiting numbers on the equipment at times in order to keep everyone distanced appropriately. Outside of that there's plenty of room in and around Cathedral Square to hang out and train on between ??
We'll be running a couple of free introductory sessions in the afternoon so bring your friends and give it a go!
As usual we'll be setting up first thing in the morning and packing up afterwards so any help in doing this is appreciated, we'll be there from 8AM.

These classes cover the basics of learning Parkour from a young age, this includes safety techniques to keep them training while minimising the risk of injury as well as the fun & practical sides of Parkour. Kids naturally have alot of the instinctual habits which work well with Parkour and can be trained further as they grow into more advanced training in their older years. This foundation of techniques and forming of the good habits at a young age will benefit their balance, coordination, proprioception and confidence in movement. Classes are ages 7-11 with the ability to move to our semi-regular Saturday classes from 12+
