From toddlers to teens and all ages in between, put the fun back into parenting and sign up for this 6 week series offered VIRTUALLY by the Center Unified School District (a savings of $75 per person). 

Wednesdays from 6:10 pm to 8:15 pm, beginning March 2nd through April 6th.  $15 Material/workbook fee if purchased by 2/17, and $20 if purchased after 2/17   Virtual class links and workbook order information will be provided after registration.  Register right away to allow for workbook shipping time.

Cancellation policy

Space is limited.  This program is offered though a generous sponsorship of the Center School District.  Participants are requested to attend all sessions for maximum benefit.  If you register and cannot attend, please cancel asap to make room for another family.

 

Lisa Coates

Lisa Coates has worked with families and children in the field of education since 2001. Lisa has a background in early childhood education and is a registered facilitator for Parent and Teacher Education through the Love and Logic Institute in Golden Colorado. Lisa is also the Statewide HR Director for Catalyst Family Inc., the largest non-profit provider of state funded licensed pre-school and school-aged programs throughout the state of California (www.catalystfamily.org), and previously a Trainer for the Sacramento County Office of Education: Teacher Induction unit (BTSA) providing in-service teacher training in many areas, to include positive behavior management and communications skills building. Some of Lisa’s current and previous clients include: Center Joint Unified School District, Twin Rivers Unified School District, Natomas Unified School District, Dry Creek Joint Elementary District, SCOE Court Schools Program, California Montessori Charter Network, Montessori Training Center of Shingle Springs, Fair Oaks Presbyterian Church, Holy Trinity School, Savvy Health Solutions, and SASD Employee Lunch and Learn Series. Lisa has also been a favored workshop presenter for various conferences at both the local and state level. Besides raising two boys of their own, Lisa and her husband have volunteered countless hours to community sports and family programs. Lisa has used these strategies with her own family and with those she has worked with over the years.
