Emily Fowler Central Library, 502 Oakland St. , Denton, TX, 76201, United States.

Paper marbling is an art form that has been around for a thousand years. Paint is suspended onto the surface of a "bath" and patterns are drawn or combed to make a design which is then transferred to a piece of paper.

This class will show you the materials used, explain how to make patterns and lay down paper. You will have time to marble many sheets of paper to take home. We will be using acrylic paints, so please wear old clothes.

For ages 15+.
