Primal Chef Culinary Academy is back, bringing you a premiere Paleo culinary immersive experience! You will split into small groups, put on an apron, select a recipe, and spend three hours learning. This is not just an ordinary cooking class, this is an investment into your health and future!

 

As we are cooking we will be discussing important nutrition topics such as how to prep Paleo food for a busy work/school week, choose the right oils, cook to optimize nutrients, shop on a budget, and more!

At the end of the class, you will sit down with your fellow Paleo enthusiasts and have an awesome meal.

VENUE: We are excited to be hosting this event at the Miele Experience Center meaning you will get to use STATE OF THE ART ovens and other appliances during this class.

$90/person early-bird, $100 /person late

 

Your class fee includes:

- 3 hours of hands-on culinary instruction in an awesome venue with state of the art appliances

- All supplies and equipment

- Knife skills practice

- Priceless knowledge of health and nutrition

- A feast at the end of the class (and possible leftovers!)

- Recipe packet

 

Ingredients:

Everything in the class will be 100% Paleo. The only dairy may be Kerrygold grass-fed butter. Spring roll wrappers contain small amounts of white rice - come ask us why white rice is considered a "safe starch" in modern day Paleo eating!

 

Schedule:

11:45am: Doors open

12:00pm: Class begins

12:00pm - 12:15pm: Introductions, general info, recipe selection

12:15pm - 12:30pm: Knife skills demo and practice

12:30pm - 3:00pm: Group work

3:00pm: Mealtime

 

To avoid feeling rushed, plan on staying until 4:00pm to have time to eat and socialize.

What to bring:

- Closed toe flat shoes (no sandals, flip-flops, heels, wedges, etc)

- A desire to learn!

 That's it!

We now provide aprons and to-go containers should there be any leftovers for you!
