Preparation:
The emphasis of this orientation programme is to ensure that potential providers understand what is required to deliver and assess the Paddle Sport Leader Award programmes.
From this you will be set up to start delivering and working through your action plans (where required).
The programme is classroom and water based and will involve boat and water-based activities, active participation in all elements for the orientation attendance to be confirmed.
