We realise our previous terms may have been unclear, so we have now updated our Terms and Conditions regarding the Registration Policy. FAQ
Q:Can I share a table with another artist?
A: Yes! This is very common among our artists. Please note that whoever completes the registration process will be responsible for the table, updates related to the table, and any related correspondence being shared with other artists.
Q: Can I buy more than one table?
A: No. Unfortunately due to the sheer volume of artists who express interest or miss out on tables for Overload, we are no longer allowing one artist to buy multiple tables.
Q: Do you refund registration fees (Overload Standard Table/Special Table) if I have to cancel?
A: Your registration is a legal agreement between you and the Overload Committee. Due to the administration costs, we can cancel your registration but will not directly refund your registration fee, as per our Terms and Conditions. However, you may indirectly refund your table via a table transfer (see below)
Q: Can I transfer my table to another artist?
A: You may contact the Overload Committee and nominate another artist to transfer your table to. Through this process we will refund your registration fee in full. Please note that if a table is transferred without the explicit approval of the Overload Committee, the original artist will be held responsible for any infringements by whoever the table was transferred to.
Note that while we've tried to match up the tables to their location as closely as possible in our registration, it may not be 100% accurate. Please refer to our table layout picture on our Artist Table Registration page for a more accurate table map.
