Access to electricity, more room behind your table for stands etc.
FAQ
Q: If Overload can not be held 23 April due to Covid restrictions, what happens to my registration?
A: If we are unable to hold Overload on the 23rd of April due to Covid restrictions, we will postpone it to sometime in May/June. Your registrations will still apply for the new date. If the new date isn't suitable for you, you must request a refund within two weeks of the postponement announcement.
Q:Can I share a table with an artist friend?
A: Yes! This is very common among our artists. Please note that whoever completes the registration process will be responsible for the table, updates related to table and any related correspondence being shared with their artist partner.
Q: Can I buy more than one table?
A: Yes! You can buy more than one table, especially useful if you wish to table next to friends who cannot register at the same time as you. Again, whoever completes the registration process will be responsible for all tables, updates related to tables and any related correspondence being shared with their artist partners.
Q: Do I need a vaccine certificate to register?
A: You don't need your vaccine certificate for the registration process, however you will need it by the time you enter the venue for setup/event day.
Q: Do you refund registration fees (Overload Artist Table/Special Table) if I have to cancel?
A: Your registration is a legal agreement between you and the Overload Committee which can not easily be transferred to others. Due to the administration costs, we can cancel your registration but will not refund your registration fee, as per our Terms and Conditions.
Note that while we've tried to match up the tables to their location as closely as possible in our registration, it may not be 100% accurate. Please refer to our table layout picture on ourArtist Table Registration pagefor a more accurate table map.
