Mowgli Mentoring is a social enterprise driving inclusive economic and social change in the Middle East, North and Sub-Saharan Africa. Mowgli’s unique, accredited methodology provides a supportive framework which empowers and supports the talent and leadership development of entrepreneurs (micro, refugee and SMEs), women, youth as well as corporate leaders and employees to unlock their potential and seize new opportunities for growth. Over the past eleven years, Mowgli has worked with philanthropists, local and international governments, and private sector partners to provide mentoring across 17 countries in the Middle East, North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa and the UK. Mowgli Mentoring’s methodology supports long-term professional and personal development. We systematically match mentors with mentees, and provide structured support as they co-develop long-term, trust-based relationships.
