Join fitness & nutrition guru Taryn Perry for a fun, mom & baby friendly workout at her gym, Sync Fitness! This insta-famous beach body trainer has a passion for helping mamas feel strong and beautiful from the inside out. Taryn ALWAYS keeps it real and is all about building her #momstrong community. She'll give us an awesome workout and uplifting support and encouragement! There will also be time for fitness & nutrition Q&A as well as time to socialize after the event!
