Just Between Friends (JBF) has partnered with Oklahoma Fosters to provide Foster Care Recruiters the opportunity to connect with Oklahomans who are shopping for children.  JBF ask that recruiters bring a 4ft-6ft table. Recruiters will need to check in with Kathy Winslow upon arrival and will set up in the back of the event to allow them talk with guest AFTER they have shopped and obtained the items they where seeking. JBF average daily attendance is 1000-1500 a day.
