This program is NOT an adult fitness or personal training program. GRIT Masters is for the inner badass in you that still longs to chase adventure and refuses to go quietly into the night.
Our GRIT Masters program will be specifically designed to assist the aging athlete in the pursuit of any athletic accomplishment! Whether you are a swimmer, runner, cyclist, or prepping for hiking backcountry powder, paddling into surf swells or climbing that mountain that you have always dreamt of, we are here to help you achieve your individual goals. Start checking things off your bucket list and keep your best days in front of you!

Option A: 3 weekdays per week October (4 weeks)*
Option B: 5 weekdays per week October (4 weeks)*
Time: 6:00am - 7:00am weekday mornings*
