This invitation-only symposium will gather leading thinkers on generative AI and the law to consider how New York State can foster innovation while managing the public risk from generative AI. The event will feature panel discussions on near-term opportunities, near-term risks, the current regulatory landscape, and ideas for future regulation and enforcement. The symposium will also include opportunities allowing attendees to suggest how New York State should approach the next decade of AI policy and enforcement.
