In "Beyond the Binary: Supporting LGBTQ+ Youth" participants will examine their own beliefs regarding gender and review terminology related to gender and sexuality. The workshop will also provide an opportunity to identify the importance of pronouns and practice their use as a culturally responsive intervention. Finally, the workshop will invite participants to examine the next steps in welcoming and affirming practice with LGBTQ+ youth.
