Join the Custom Design & Construction's Visiting Chef Series for a cooking demo featuring Chef Amber Caudle from The Source Cafe and Executive Chef Taji Marie of The Simple Gourmet Kitchen, for an evening of delicious nourishing foods. Chef Amber and Chef Taji will share tips on how to fuel your body with superfoods using easy recipes you can make at home.

Chef Amber Caudle spent her early culinary formative years studying and cooking in Colorado, Napa Valley, Italy and Spain. Chef Amber then brought her culinary vision to Los Angeles where she took her place as Executive Chef of Mediterraneo. In 2012 she opened The Source Café in Hermosa Beach. Taji Marie is Executive Chef & Co-Owner of The Simple Gourmet Kitchen, a catering company based in Los Angeles that specializes in feeding professional athletes including the LA Kings. She is a Food Network's CHOPPED Champion and hosts GATHERING POP-UP DINNER events throughout the greater Los Angeles area. You can also find Taji at GrowDTLA, a neighborhood shop/deli in the Arts District downtown and Tipple & Ramble, a wine bar and picnic shop in Ojai, California.
