With Either as our container, we will spend each day exploring the elemental energies of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air. We will immerse ourselves in practices, foods, movements, and ceremonies to connect with those that are best for each unique body. This retreat is an opportunity to dive into full lifestyle changes.
