It has been two years since we were able to meet together, and how exciting to share one such opportunity this coming August during the GYC Canada conference! Whether in person in Vancouver, BC, or by joining online via livestream that will be made available to registrants in all provinces, we look forward to joining together from August 19-22, 2021.
In line with the theme Nothing Else, we will delve together into concepts that Paul would say are of supreme importance to our daily lives (1 Cor 2:2). Despite these changing times, there is a fervor to be had, a decisiveness instilled in us, a purpose and a calling to find and fulfill. Together, we will ask ourselves how these apply to us personally and what it means to have Christ as our focus and the center of our attention.

IN-PERSON: Join us for a memorable in-person GYC Canada conference hosted in Vancouver, BC from August 19-22, 2021!
**Please keep in mind that due to the uncertainty of the times we are living in we cannot guarantee that all registered particiants will be able to attend the in-person Vancouver conference if BC changes the organized/religious gathering restrictions. We will accomodate as many people as we can according to provincial guidelines. Registration fees will be refunded if the province creates restrictions that would keep participants from attending. In such a case, attendance will be allowed on a first-registered basis. Young adults and youth may be given preference.

GYC is a youth-led, volunteer movement. Whether it's $10 or $10,000, your financial support is both needed and appreciated. Every penny goes toward furthering the mission and work of GYC in equipping and enabling our young people in ministry.

SCHEDULE & SPEAKERS
The conference will begin on Thursday, August 19 with registration at the hotel event center starting at 3 PM, followed by the evening meeting at 4:45 pm PT. The conference will end after the final morning meeting at 8:15 am on Sunday, August 22.

YOUTH & CHILDREN
Youths aged 12-17 must be accompanied by a chaperone, who is age 18 or older, who will be responsible for them during the conference. Children under age 12 should be accompanied by a parent.
LOCATION
The conference will be hosted at The Westin Wall Centre, Vancouver Airport at 3099 Corvette Way, Richmond, BC.
HOUSING
The Westin Wall Centre, where our conference is hosted, has given us a room discount of $159/night. Hotel rooms must be booked by 4pm PST on August 9th to received the discount. Click HERE to book a room with the discount. Attendees are also welcome to book their own accommodations in other local hotels. Roommates cannot be faciliated through GYC.
MEALS
Sabbath lunch is included in the registration fees for EARLY and REGULAR registrations only, and will be vegan ($20 included). No other meals will be offered and participants will need to plan to provide their own food for all other meals. Please indicate in the registration form if you have any allergies/sensitivities.
TRANSPORTATION
You are responsible for your transportation to the conference.
EXHIBITORS
An exhibitor booth can be purchased for $80. It includes 1 table with a table skirt and 2 chairs. An exhibit booth does not include registrations for persons running the booth. Exhibit manager(s) must first register as attendees for the full conference. GYC Canada reserves the right to refuse any exhibitor that does not uphold the Spirit of GYC as documented in the About Us section of our website.
CANCELLATION & REFUND
Conference registration fees are non-refundable, with the exception of the government imposing restrictions inhibiting our in-person event.
You may transfer the ticket to another person as long as they need the same type of ticket you have. You will have to notify GYC Canada of this change by emailing us at igive@gyccanada.org.
