Northeast Overland presents the first annual Summah Sizzlah Off Road Adventure at Rocky Mountain Terrain Park!
We've heard your call and we're answering it.
Set in the ever picturesque Western Maine Mountains, Rocky Mountain Terrain Park (RMTP) is a premier destination for those who are looking to get out and test their rigs capabilities. The park boasts ever changing terrain that runs from as mild to as wild as one prefers to get.
RMTP will provide the end user with over 700 acres of terrain to choose from.
Want to try the off road park and then explore the surrounding area a little? No problem. A guided tour by a Registered Maine Guide will show you the surrounding area for those that would like to sit back and enjoy some local hotspots after a day or two of wheeling. This will allow participants to get a taste of some harder trails at the park and some easier, more scenic trails around the area, all for the same low price.
Additionally, each day we will have seminars and instruction provided at the park for individuals looking to further thier knowledge on recovery, the basics of off road adventure, etc. Further details will be provided.

What: Northeast Overland's 1st Annual Summah Sizzler Off-Road Adventure
When: Friday, August 3rd to Sunday, August 5th, 2018
Where: Rocky Mountain Terrain Park, Carthage, Maine
Meeting Location: Registration/sign-in will be directly at the entrance to the park between 12-and 2pm. (45.597990, -70.390946) Here you will pick up your event specific swag bag that will include your attendance bracelet, camping information, raffle ticket (more available for purchase), Camping will be included at this location!
What to bring: Your very well maintained 4 Wheel Drive vehicle that has operational 4 Low. This park has some trails that are considered by most to be the toughest in the Northeast, all while offering many trails for the novice wheeler as well. The standard Green, Blue, Black and Red trails are fulfilled in this park.
Pricing: Pricing for this event is $100 per person above 16 years of age, which includes all event and day use fees for the ENTIRE weekend at the park. All individuals 15 years of age or younger are free to enter the park with a paying guardian. The guided tour is also included in this price point for those wanting to venture out on that. Start time will be at 1200PM on Friday and this event will go until sunset on Sunday.
WANT FOOD!? There is also the option available for a food package to be added to the weekend from the John Steele's Famous RMTP Grill. This option is $60 additional per person no matter what the age and includes 2 dinners, 2 Breakfast and 1 lunch. The dinners would be Friday and Saturday night, the lunch would be Saturday during the day and the Breakfast would be Saturday and Sunday mornings. RAFFLE! The event fee includes a single ticket for the raffle that will be drawn on Sunday at 12pm. Additional tickets will be available for sale to better your chances!
