The bottled refreshments and to go cups which will be provided with the to go snack are being provided by the New Jersey Firemen's Home.
Registration is closed. Onsite registration will not be available for this event.
The event was limited to 80 participants.
Registration and breakfast starts at 8:30 A.M. followed by a full schedule of sessions and opportunities to REConnect!
If you have any questions during the event, please find an education committee member and/or Board of Director whom will be identifed by unique name tags.
If you requested a speical accomodation or dietary restriction, please inquire at the registration.
Anyone who requested a speical meal, please see Jacklyn from the Education Committee about getting your meal at lunchtime.
Catering was unable to accomodate meals for persons with nut allergies. None of the meals contain shellfish.
At lunch, if you did not request a meal accomodation, the boxed lunches that will be served are turkey and provolone sandwiches, veggie wraps, and ham and swiss sandwiches. Meals will be placed on a table in the front lobby and it will be first come, first serve.
During this event, photos and videos will be taken for promotional and advertisement purposes for NJ/EPA-TRA's website and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook).
Merch (T-shirts) will be sold at this event for $20. We will accept cash or paypal.
If you plan on attending the morning yoga session, mats will be provided. You may also bring your own towel or mat.
In order to participate in the 9 A.M. Clay Art Session, you must have signed up or have a ticket for the event. To inqiure about space for this event, email education.njepatra@gmail.com or ask if there is room to sign up at the registraion desk.
Each attendee must sign the sign-in sheet for each session attended. Also, please fill out the session and final evaluations. Session evaluations will go to your student room monitor and final evaluations will go to the registration table in the lobby area.
Certificates of attendance will be available at the registration table.
Speaker certificates will also be avaible at the registration table for the presenters.
Snacks (kind bars, fruit) will be offered at 3:30 P.M. as a to-go snack.
