This course explores the issues related to professional ethics for the insurance professional and how it relates to the serving the general public. We will discuss a variety of issues within the insurance industry that we encounter on a regular basis such as regulatory compliance, communications and technology, cultural diversity and other challenges. Attendees will discuss the importance of incorporating standards of care within the organizations’ workflows which encourage high professional standards.  Case studies will be reviewed and discussed.
