A FREE training and networking event for neighborhood leaders to learn more about how to join the FireWise and Fire Adapted Communities recognition programs. We'll profile succesful local wildfire prevention programs and provide training on how to take the next steps in assessing your local fire risk, and developing efforts for property owners to improve their outcome in wildfires. Summit meeting follow-up will feature mentorship for neighborhoods that want to become FireWise communities, develop action plans, and execute mitigation and preparedness efforts. Brunch will be provided.
