Is  your company pivoting to an online event because of the COVID-19 outbreak? We are here to help.

After years of hosting webinars up to 4,000 registrants in each event and being the silent organizers behind many live technical conferences, we're here to help you move to the virtual conference world. Recently, we hosted CORE-IT, a virtual conference with thousands of attendees, three tracks, 30 technical sessions, 16 virtual exhibit booths, a chat lounge, and Open Badge quizzing system.

In 2019 we researched the virtual conference hosting companies - we learned a lot about "full service" and "self-service" offerings. We learned the pros/cons of traditional/modern virtual conference environments, compared live to simulive sessions, tackled bandwidth issues and optimization techniques (after all, we are network analysis experts), and continued to devlop our event management forms and procedures.

Is your company pivoting to online events?

We can help.

We exclusively work with Engagez which we believe is a premier platform offering edge-served content (think Amazon AWS) on a robust virtual conference platform.

Sure, you can develop your own event on Engagez, but we know many people don't want create the graphics, tap into the functionality, and/or know how to truly capture the pre-event demographics and "push the flow" within the event. We use our network communications knowledge to ensure the lowest bandwidth requirements for the event, as well.

Interested in knowing more? Spend an hour with us and we'll go over many of the considerations/decisions that should be made before you launch a virtual event. We'd love to help you develop your Engagez event so you can blow away your audience and partners!
