Join Chris Barnette in person in Apex for the 75 hour NC real estate prelicensing course. Students successfully completing the course and the end-of-course exam are elgible to take the state licensing exam. The North Carolina Real Estate Commission attendance guidelines apply to this course. If you do not meet attendance requirements you will not be eligible to complete the class.
The cost of the class is $425 and includes the cost of the textbook and the exam will be administered on the last day of class.
Class will meet from 9:30 to 2:45 on Monday and Thursday on the following dates:

Class attendance will be closely monitored per NC Real Estate Commission rules. We encourage you to plan to attend all class hours.
- Students in an in-person or Broker Prelicensing Course must attend a minimum of 80% of all scheduled instructional hours per Commission rule.
The daily class schedule will be:
- 9:30 to 10:50 (10-minute break)
- 11:00 to 12:30
- 12:30 to 1:15 lunch break
- 1:15 to 2:45
