Navigate – 6-week, Women Only, Virtual Group


Participants will cultivate emotional and relational health in the areas of identity, style of relating, boundaries, relationships, and self-care in a safe, group setting utilizing psychoeducation and process oriented activities. Learn how personal story impacts relational health in the “here and now” of life and find new ways of showing up for self and others in healthy and more meaningful ways. 

Group is based on concepts explored in the book Gifts from a Challenging Childhood: Creating a practice for becoming your healthiest self by Jan Bergstrom and curated resources on attachment, interpersonal dynamics, gospel integration, and other materials developed by Sharon.

Sharon Hicks is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who founded Kintsukuroi Counseling. She is passionate about faith, family, and relationships and helps individuals and couples engage in deeper and more meaningful ways with the things that matter most to them by creating a safe space to journey towards wholeness, healing, restoration, and connection. When she is not in the office, she enjoys playing Bach on the piano, sipping coffee with friends, and getting new stamps in her passport as she travels with her husband and four children around the globe exploring this beautiful world. Having lived in south east Asia as a family for a season they were given the gift of becoming global citizens which has given her a bigger view of the world and informs her perspective on life.
