Navigate – 6-week, virtual group.

Participants will take time exploring how their unique story and family of origin has impacted the “here and now” of their lives.  Individuals will cultivate emotional and relational health in the areas of self-esteem, boundaries, reality, dependency, and moderation in a safe, group setting utilizing psychoeducation and process oriented activities.  Group is based on concepts explored in the book Gifts from a Challenging Childhood: Creating a practice for becoming your healthiest self by Jan Bergstrom.

Tuesday mornings: May 18, 25, June 1, 8, 15, 22. 

9:00-10:30am (EST)- This Session of Navigate is faith based and open to women serving in ministry related roles. (church planting, helping professions, global NGO’s, etc.)

Participant fee: $300/person


Cancellation policy

We understand that life happens.  Should you need to cancel your registration, you will receive all money paid less a $50 cancellation fee.  Registration may be transferred to a future event or group without incurring a fee.  Please reach out to sharon@kintsukuroicounseling.com for further questions or inquiries.

Sharon Hicks is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who founded Kintsukuroi Counseling. She is passionate about faith, family, and relationships and helps individuals and couples engage in deeper and more meaningful ways with the things that matter most to them by create a safe space for couples to journey together towards wholeness, healing, restoration, and improved connection. When she is not in the office, she enjoy playing Bach on the piano, sipping coffee with friends, and getting new stamps in her passport as she travels with her husband and four children around the globe exploring this beautiful world. Having lived in south east Asia as a family for a season they were given the gift of becoming global citizens which has given her a bigger view of the world and informs her perspective on life.
