Navigate – 6-week, virtual group.

Navigate is a psycho-educational group where participants learn to cultivate emotional and relational health in the areas of identity, style of relating, boundaries, relationships, and self-care. Learn how your personal story impacts relational health in the “here and now” of life and find new ways of showing up for self and others in healthy and more meaningful ways.

This group is based on concepts explored in the book Gifts from a Challenging Childhood: Creating a practice for becoming your healthiest self by Jan Bergstrom and curated resources on attachment, interpersonal dynamics, and other materials developed by Sharon Hicks.

Tuesdays, February 21 - March 28, 2023 | 12pm- 1:30pm (EST)

Participant fee: $300/ individual

Cancellation policy

We understand that life happens.  Should you need to cancel your registration, you will receive all money paid less a $50 cancellation fee.  Registration may be transferred to a future event or group without incurring a fee.  Please reach out to stephanie@kintsukuroicounseling.com for further questions or inquiries.

Stephanie Eriksen has been trained in Navigate: Story Groups under the leadership of Sharon Hicks, LPCC, creator of Navigate: Story. In addition to participating in multiple Navigate groups, Stephanie has had the opportunity to facilitate as well as solo lead this course. She is the founder of From, One Mom, an organization based on providing community and support for families who don't feel like they fit into a certain category.
