Navigate – 3 month, Women Only Group Coaching Cohort

Participants will take time exploring how their unique story and family of origin has impacted the “here and now” of their lives.  Individuals will cultivate emotional and relational health in the areas of self-esteem, boundaries, reality, dependency, and moderation in a safe, group setting utilizing psychoeducation and process oriented activities.  Coaching Group is based on concepts explored in the book Gifts from a Challenging Childhood: Creating a practice for becoming your healthiest self by Jan Bergstrom and integrative materials developed by Sharon Hicks.
