Cancellations should be made in writing and addressed to a Board Member or conference planner. Room size, meal prices, room rates, speaker commitments, tours, etc. are all based upon numbers of people attending. Cancellations greatly affect these contracted commitments and minimums.
Any attendance cancellation should be communicated as soon as possible. Refunds are provided only for those persons having paid the registration fees in advance and have provided written notice of their cancellation thirty (30) working days in advance of the meeting.
