Missouri's legislative session begins January 3.  The legislature will consider bills that impact your practice and your clients, including healthcare coverage, housing policies, behavioral health, human rights, and more.

Join NASW for a virtual training to learn how to more effectively advocate and make a difference in state government.

Committee Hearing Basics covers:

  • The role of committee hearings, committee process, and how to find information on hearings.
  • What to expect for in-person testimony and best practices.
  • Process for submitting written testimony

The training will be hosted by NASW-Missouri Chapter's Jefferson City lobbying team.
