This year The North American Association of Wardens and Superintendents, NAAWS, will hold their Annual Training Conference on April 24-27 in beautiful Columbus, Ohio, at the Crown Plaza Hotel.

There will be outstanding and interesting presentations of the latest topics in our field from across North America including Drone Security, Staff Assault, 4th Purpose, Staff Wellness, Social Media, Transformational Leadership by NIC and others. Agency Directors will discuss current challenges.

Our business partners will show us the latest in innovations and services.  There may be something that you could use at your facility.

Our Ohio hosts are planning a unique welcome experience which will include a BBQ cookoff with grill masters from several states who will try to establish who has the best BBQ.

All Wardens, Superintendents, Assistants, Directors, and any Correctional Administrators of any rank are invited.
