Music Conference Alberta is Alberta’s premier professional development opportunity for music educators, Between October 19 and 21, more than 300 choral conductors, band directors, classroom music teachers, and studio instructors will gather in downtown Edmonton for 3 action-packed days of learning and inspiration.

The MCA Marketplace and conference advertising opportunities provide direct access to music educators from across the province. Advertising space is available at a discounted rate in both the conference and concert programs for Marketplace exhibitors. There are also several sponsorship packages available through which sponsors receive discounted Marketplace booth(s), conference and/or Showcase Concert program advertising, complimentary tickets, and a series of other benefits.

Marketplace exhibitors receive 1 complimentary Exhibitor Delegate Pass for every $250 spent on Marketplace booths. Additional exhibitor delegate passes are available for $195 each.

Delegates may cancel their registration for a full refund until 11:59 p.m. on 1 Oct 2023. Cancellations after 1 Oct 2023 may be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. The cancellation deadline is 11:59 p.m. on 15 Oct 2023.
