MSMB is a comprehensive training center with a dedication to learning and exploring martial and movement arts along with the cultures from which they are born. There is no focus on belts, , rank promotions, titles, just solid training and strong bonds. Egos get left at the door but anything you can bring to build the next person up is more than welcome. Training should be fun and, at the same time, we approach it with its due gravity, doing our best to give our partners the best practice experience possible. We work hard and push our limits but always take the proper care to keep it safe.
