MSMB Allies  is our annual event to highlight respected instructors and friends, to  bring together students in comaraderie and to expand our individual and collective practices.  The "Allies" event is open to practitioners of all styles and aims to inspire ongoing connections and exchange.

MSMB is a comprehensive training group with a dedication to learning and exploring martial and movement arts along with the cultures from which they are born. There is no focus on belts, rank promotions, titles, just solid training and strong bonds. All movement arts are a science as much as they are an exploration and interpretation of ideas. With MSMB you will evolve your thinking while honing your body. Egos get left at the door and anything you can bring to build the next person up is more than welcome.
