This online presentation deals with the implementation of the online version of a full undergraduate university degree in Computer Systems and Networks Security (Italian acronym SSRI) offered at the university of Milan (Italy) since academic year 2004/05.
Aspects covered by the presentation will be:
· the approach adopted for the design and implementation of SSRI online
· the management supports adopted for SSRI online
· some considerations about the kind of students enrolling to SSRI online
· a final look at the economical results after ten years of SSRI online life
Nello Scarabottolo is a full professor in Computer Science at the University of Milan, Department of Computer Science He teaches computer architectures, a first year course offered both in classroom and online to SSRI students. Moreover, he is the reference professor for the didactical and economical aspects of SSRI
