Motivational Interviewing (M.I.) is an interviewing/client-centered counseling style for eliciting behavioral change.  Motivational Interviewing is also a proven technique for the integration of the powerful Bridges Out of Poverty constructs in serving people in our community.

This training is an excellent follow up to the 2 day Bridges trainings as it equips participants with proven techniques for integrating these constructs into their daily work, community, and home settings.

It is built on the premise that there is tremendous motivation to change when a person “self-discovers” the problem and develops the solution.  It enables clients to “create a future story”.  MI techniques add to your credibility and enable you to build the engagement and motivation of your clients.  Why not sign up and become even more effective at developing productive “relationships of respect”?

Motivational Interviewing Training is facilitated by In Touch Life Coaching, LLC.  Trainers are nationally certified Bridges Out of Poverty facilitators.
