Harold's Cross, Dublin, Dublin, Dublin, 0000, Ireland.

Exact location will be provided to attendees in advance of the workshop.

Join this workshop to learn how to identify bumblebees and take part in the All-Bumblebee Monitoring Scheme. The National Biodiversity Data Centre established this monitoring scheme in 2012 to track the status of Ireland's bumblebees. Bumblebees are Ireland’s most important wild pollinators. By monitoring our bumblebee populations, we can identify species in trouble and detect the early warning signs of a general threat to wild bees and to Irish pollination services.

Workshop leader: Dr. Úna FitPatrick

Time: 10:00 – 15:00 (field work included, weather dependent)
