Smile! It's Monday and we have MWC passes!
As every year, MobileMonday Tel Aviv is glad to provide its members with free entrance tickets to the Mobile World Congress. These tickets are exhibition-only tickets worth 799 Euros Each (!) and are courtesy of the partners we work with.
If I pay the ticket price - does that mean I already have a ticket to MWC?
NO - booking the ticket here and paying the deposit, just tells us that you are serious about going to MWC, and we start working with our partners to get a free pass for you. If we get one we will let you know, and you will get an actual ticket from MWC.
Why is there a deposit? On what terms will it be refunded?
Since we want to make sure that we give the tickets to those who in fact use them (i.e. will travel to Barcelona for the congress) we are requiring eligible applicants to make a deposit.
This deposit will be refunded in full if you arrive to Barcelona to the Mobile World Congress 2018 and also show up perosnally to a meeting point at MWC we will announce later at the booth of one of our partners - we will only have one meeting point and time which will probably be on Tuesday (Feb.27)
If you do not show up in Barcelona for any reason at all - including Force Majeure, Family reasons etc. - then it will not be refunded, but at least you have made a donation to MoMoTLV :) There will be no exceptions!
And what if I manage to get a pass from another source?
Note that if you manage to get a pass from another company till MWC, the refund will be done only after MWC, and under the same terms (i.e. you are still obligated to arrive to Barcelona and to attend the meeting point we will announce - since once you registered we started our efforts to get the pass for you)
However you can notify us about the fact that you no longer need the pass, and only in the case where we still didnt allocate an actual ticket to you, we may be able to refund you immediately.
And what if you can't get a pass for me?
Passes are distributed on a first-come first-serve basis, and also according to a certain set of criteria that our partners set for us. In case we see that we don't have enough passes, or that your company doesn't meet that criteria, we will refund you fully at least a week before MWC.
What type of pass will I get?
The passes that we have are the "Exhibition Pass" of MWC, they allow entry in all days to the exhibition (You can see the pass types and what they allow for here)
Billing and Invoicing
Your credit card will be charged immediately after registering above (Billing will show as PayPal*MMSUMMIT), but as said if you meet the above terms the sum will be refunded in full after MWC (We expect it to be latest by the end of March 2018)
In the case that your deposit is not refunded from the reasons above - You will receive an invoice with the date of your deposit payment. Otherwise the deposit will be refunded and you will not get an invoice.
