Join us for a free mom walk & Yoga strech in the park! Bring a yoga mat/blanket, water, and your little one + stroller.
We will be meeting at the entrance of Ralph B. Clark Park at 9:30am. (Note: street parking is free, parking inside the regional park is $5 on Saturday's) We will begin our walk at 9:45am, set up our yoga mats/blankets at 10am, our yoga instructor will lead us mama's through a 20 min yoga strech, then we will conclude with play time on the playground.
Our mom walks usually are 1 hour and 30 minutes in total. See you there mama's!
