Expectations UPDATES
Skaters and parents/guardians are responsible to know & follow our current Codes of Conduct, Expectations at Practice, and Guests at Practice policy. We continue to ask for notice if a skater is missing more than 2 or 3 consecutive practices. For individuals’ skills/knowledge and team cohesion, we expect at least 50% practice attendance for skaters competing in interleague bouts.
Masking & COVID Policy UPDATES
By completing registration, all family members acknowledge and agree to our current COVID Risk Mitigation policy, recently updated April 3rd, 2023.
Skill Level Groups & Assessments
A list of skills skaters need for each JRDA skill level can be found HERE. Frostbites are placed into groups for practice based on skill progression and development needs. Demonstrated receptiveness to coaching feedback and challenge readiness can factor in as well. Skaters can be moved at any time throughout the session at coaches' discretion.

Participant Cost
NOTE: "Get a 25% discount when you purchase 2 or more tickets," is for registering multiple household members. Buy only 1 ticket per participant for each session block.
Additional costs for uniforms, travel, etc. may apply. By generally covering a portion of the cost, MNRD seeks to make these expenses (and experiences!) manageable for everyone.
Fees Accommodation
Frostbite families may request a fees accommodation in the Pre-Registration form or by emailing frostbite@mnrollerderby.com, if associated costs present a barrier/hardship. Once we receive your request, we'll confirm how to finalize your registration for the upcoming session.
We are SO VERY excited to have you skate with us! Please direct any questions to frostbite@mnrollerderby.com. Thank you!
