8 Week course: Tuesdays from 6:30-9:00 pm April 21 - June 9, 2020
Retreat: June 6, 2020 9:00am - 3:00pm
**First and last class will go about 15 minutes longer**
$370, regular registration
$375, registration with a certificate of completion for CEU’s or Clock Hours (see below for more details)

Continuing Education Credits
Pay $5 at registration to receive a Certificate of Completion.
Certificate of Completion for credit hours for licensed psychologists, marriage and family therapists, mental health counselors, and social workers in Washington State. We can not guarantee that these CEUs will be accepted in other states.
About the Instructors
Becca Calhoun, MPH
Becca is a staff member at CCFW. She currently manages the NEW Moms Connect study, which includes conducting mindfulness and self-compassion interventions for pregnant and postpartum women facing economic adversity. Trained as a doula and health educator, she has worked in health promotion since 1998. Her experience includes developing an online mindfulness program for 9-1-1 dispatchers, teaching mindfulness to women with a history of trauma and working to promote the well-being of first responders, LGBTQI+, immigrant/refugee and indigenous communities.
