Practice some self-care and join us for a one hour experiential mindfulness workshop with Beth Bachmann, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Yoga Teacher. This workshop will feature mindfulness practices and gentle movement exercises (no yoga mat needed!). 

 

Topics discussed will include:

Why these practices and why now?

Centering to include a reading/breathwork/visualization

Warm-ups

Gentle movement (no yoga mat needed)

Guided meditation and silence
