Event Description:

Learn basic tools and coping techniques will help you navigate life's daily stressors, especially during COVID-19, and enhance your meditative state. This workshop is great for beginners and intermediate learners. 

 

This Mindfulness online workshop will include: 

  • Live Guided Meditations 
  • Access to audio meditations after workshop
  • PDF Downloads to record your own meditations
  • Exercises to begin experiencing Mindfulness for yourself (e.g. mindful walking, mindful eating, increasing physical body awareness and yoga, self-compassion and nurturing)
  • Live Discussion on how to adapt your practice while working through difficult emotions
  • Learn to address your questions about how to navigate life stress

 

We will send information about zoom and the links to the virtual meeting rooms in an email to follow for those that confirm attendance.  

  

April Mayorga, Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist is a Certified Mindfulness Instructor and private practice clinician in Burbank, CA. She is supervised by Adriana Aleajndre, LMFT at the Latinx Therapy Wellness Center.
