As we approach the end of summer, and prepare for a new season, we might need a few moments of refreshing and self-care. Come by for an evening of learning and practicing mindfulness and meditation techniques. These basic tools and coping techniques will help you navigate life's daily stressors and enhance your meditative state. This workshop is great for beginnners and intermediate learners.

*Update. This will be a seated event. Lightly padded chairs will be provided. There is no dress code, we would simply like you to feel comfortable in your regular attire.
