2020 Member-Guest (or member)

October 9^th – 11^th

FORMAT OF PLAY:

This will be a round robin match play format. We will have teams in flights based on their combined USGA handicap index. Each flight will contain 6 teams.  Over the course of two days each team will play all five competing teams in their flight.  This will be a better ball of the partners, and we will stroke off the low ball. Example (team 1) player one is a 10-handicap, player two is a 12-handicap (team 2), player three is a 11-handicap, and player four is a 14-handicap.  Player one receives no strokes player two receives 2 stokes player three receives 1 stroke and player four receives 4 strokes.  These are nine-hole handicaps since each match will be a nine-hole match and all play will be from the white tees.  At the completion of the final match each flight winner will be entered in a shoot-out to decide the overall Member-Guest Champions.

COST:  $675/team (does not include members golf – based on membership type | guests golf is included in the entry fee)

Friday (Optional):

v  Practice Round with optional Skins Event ($10/person Gross) - All Day (must play with another group to be eligible)

v  Stag Night – Seafood Display (passed hors d’ouvers and carved meat) w/OPEN BAR

**Weldon Mills Distillery will be on site**

v  Glow Ball - Closest-to-Pin Contest on #9 once the sun goes down. ($5/person)

Saturday:

v  8:00a – Breakfast Burritos

v  8:30a – Bloody Mary Bar

v  9:00a – Match #1 (Shotgun start)

v  11:30a – Match #2 (Shotgun start)

v  1:45p – Grab-n-go Lunch (Philly Cheese Steak Wraps/Chicken Caesar Wraps w/ chips & cookie)

v  2:30p – Match #3 (Shotgun start)

Saturday Night:

v  7:00p – Dinner & Entertainment (Spouse dinner available at additional cost)

o   Salad, Appetizer, Surf-n-Turf Filet & Lobster Tail with veggies & dessert

Sunday:

·         8:00a – Breakfast Sandwiches (Egg McMuffin/Sausage Egg Biscuit)

·         8:30a – Bloody Mary Bar

·         9:00a – Match #4 (Shotgun start)

·         11:30a – Match #5 (Shotgun start)

·         2:00p – Shoot-out

·         2:45p – Lunch Grill (Ribs & BBQ Chicken w/ Pasta salad etc.)

·         3:30p - Awards
