Meditate for the Animals- Aftermath Ranch Rescue Fundraiser

Meditate and do something great for the animals! Let's raise money for the Aftermath Ranch Rescue in Indiantown, Florida. They are a non-profit sanctuary for orphaned, neglected, injured and homeless animals. They currently love and care for over 60 critters and they have many permanent residents including several dogs that are blind, two seizure dogs, a diabetic, a deaf dog and a three legged dog. 100% of the proceeds will go to the rescue!

Please take part in this 45 minute yoga nidra meditation to release stress, process emotions, and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. The meditation will also promote deep rest and peaceful sleep. FYI video will not be turned on and you will be muted upon entry so feel free to just call in and listen in bed before turning in for the night.
