Mediating EEO and workplace disputes are often more complex and involve multiple interrelated issues. Effective mediators of these disputes must understand and respond to both the explicit and implicit issues raised. This workshop is an in-depth, hands-on training about the special aspects of mediating EEO and workplace employment disputes. The course provides skills and techniques to more effectively mediate as well as systems issues from the initial complaint to a final outcome and conflict dynamics related to discrimination in a clear and thought-provoking way.
