We have the pleasure to invite your for our 2020 Mazars Global Private Clients Conference, which will take place on 13 & 14 February 2020 in Berlin, Germany.
Details of the conference
This year the conference will focus on: “Back to the future – Mazars Private Clients 2025 ”. The conference gives a perfect opportunity to network with private client colleagues from all over the world, discuss Private Client topics, and how you can be seen as a leading player in the Private Clients market. It is our aim to have very interactive sessions throughout the entire conference, and we encourage all delegates to participate actively and join the conversations.

We have been able to secure 25 hotel rooms for the night of 13 February 2020 at the

Please note that this hotel is located near the Berlin main train station and the Mazars Berlin office.
The rate for sole occupancy is €149 and for double occupancy €169. This rate includes VAT & breakfast.
Please make sure to indicate in the registration form that you require a hotel room (the rooms will be allocated on a first come first serve basis, and we will book the hotel room for you). If you arrive before 13 February 2020, or would like to extend your stay, you have to book these nights yourselves.
Conference fee
The conference fee will be approximately € 275 (excluding VAT if applicable).
What is included in the fee:
-Participation in the Global Private Clients Conference 2020 in Berlin
-All conference materials
-Refreshments during the conference
-Lunch on Thursday and Friday
-Dinner on Thursday
What the fee does not include:
It does not include the costs for the hotel (you will have to pay for the hotel upon check-in/check-out), visas, travel, transfers or any other costs you might have.
You will receive an invoice after the conference.
Other practical information
We welcome private clients specialists of all experience levels from all over the world to join our conference. There is no minimum level required, but we do expect active participation from all.
Cancellation policy
Should it become necessary for you to cancel your participation please send an email to patricia.nijboer@mazars.nl. A request for cancellation for the conference will be accepted up to the deadline time of Friday 13 January 2020 13.00 CET time. After this date & time it is not possible to cancel free of charge, and also no show for the conference and no show for the dinner (if you have signed up for it), will be charged; the cancellation fee & no show for the conference is €275 and for the dinner €50.
Please note that the cancellation fee for the hotel is € 149 irrespective of the date of cancellation unless we are able to use this room for another attendee. You may transfer your registration for the conference to a colleague free of charge
