"Transitions and Downtime"

In this final PD session, we will come together to reflect on this past year. We will brainstorm strategies for smooth transitions that can save valuable instruction time. This will be an active discussion of real-life OST scenarios that equip staff to effectively fill student "down time" such as during group bathroom breaks, after finishing homework early, and while waiting on teacher instruction. We ask that you plan to engage with the group as experts to share some of the amazing things you are doing in regards to transitions as well as use some of the provided resources to learn new strategies as you head into summer.

 

 

We look forward to gathering as a group of OST professionals to reflect, share, brainstorm, discuss and troubleshoot. See you on May 15th!
