Welcome to our HKPO Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt course.  This is a 3-week course with instructions being offered on the following weeks Monday through Friday 8am-4pm ET (half day on Fridays):

  • Week 1 - September 20-24
  • Week 2 - October 18-22
  • Week 3 - November 15-19


This course will assist you in becoming an effective Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt to transform your company with tangible results. We will cover topics from roles and responsibilities of Master Black Belts, advanced Statistics change management, leadership, and strategic planning.  By the end of each week of instructions, you will be able to work on a business-related project. Homework will be assigned at the end each week, as well. Upon conclusion of the 3 weeks of in-class learning, there will be a certification exam.

George Woodely
Master Black Belt

George Woodley is a Certified ASQ Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a Lean Master Practitioner and Sensei. He has spent over 25 years in the disciplines of customer-focused root cause analysis, mentoring, and project management for Continuous Improvement teams. He has designed and implemented employee training programs for Lean and Six Sigma in both manufacturing and service organizations. Mr. Woodley possesses a Bachelor’s (Honours) Statistics, with a Minors in Computer Science from the University of Guelph. George is fluent in English, French and Hungarian. Mr. Woodley is our CEO's Coach and Mentor, and we are welcoming George back to the team, as he was a founding team member of the HKPO Team in 2006.

Tina Agustiady
Master Black Belt

With over 16 years of experience, Mrs. Agustiady has a wealth of experience working with fast growing, highly competitive organizations. Tina consistently improves cost, quality, and delivery by applying Lean and Six Sigma tools to achieve improvements through a simplification process. Tina is an experienced leader who has facilitated many Kaizen, 5s, and Root Cause Analysis events throughout her career in the healthcare, food, and chemical industries, Fortune 500s and many elite global brands. Mrs. Agustiady maintains a proven track record working with senior-level executives, including the C-Suite. She was honored to be a Feigenbaum medal winner for 2016, presented to an individual who is 35 years of age or younger (as of October 1 of applying year), who has displayed outstanding characteristics of leadership, professionalism, and potential in the field of quality and whose work has been or, will become of distinct benefit to mankind. Agustiady is the 2018 American Society of Quality Crosby Medal winner for presented to the individual who has authored a distinguished book contributing significantly to the extension of the philosophy and application of the principles, methods, or techniques of quality management.
