This webinar will focus on the importance of pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements as a planning tool for business owners and key stakeholders, particularly in the context of closely-held companies. Lorisa D. LaRocca, Esq., a Partner with Woods Oviatt Gilman LLP's Labor & Employment, Litigation and Trust & Estate practice groups, will break down the legal issues related to the negotiation, preparation and use of marital agreements.
